Why we exist

Every growing business we'd ever worked with had the same shape of problem: talented people spending hours a day on work a machine should do — copying data between tools, chasing follow-ups, answering the same twenty questions. Not because anyone chose that, but because the work accumulated faster than anyone could redesign it.

When AI made real automation finally practical, we saw most agencies respond with hype: demos that impress in a meeting and die in production. We started Studio Monore to do the opposite — fewer projects, senior people, production systems with savings you can audit, and the honesty to say when something shouldn't be automated at all.
