These terms govern your use of this website and, together with a signed engagement agreement, the services Studio Monore provides.

By using this website you accept these terms. Services themselves are governed primarily by the individual engagement agreement signed with each client; where the two differ, the engagement agreement prevails.
2. Services
Studio Monore designs, builds and operates AI automation systems. Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are defined in the corresponding proposal and agreement.
3. Intellectual property
Content on this website belongs to Studio Monore. Systems built for clients are transferred to the client as set out in the engagement agreement — including workflows, prompts and documentation.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the data and access they provide, for holding the necessary rights to it, and for using delivered systems in compliance with applicable law.
5. Liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability related to the website is limited; liability for services is defined in the engagement agreement.
